Our bacon site is located on the historic Finnebrogue Estate, only a few minutes from our head office. Here we produce our famous Naked bacon, made without nitrites. We also use advanced clean-smoke technology, eliminating 99% of the carcinogens from a traditional bacon smoking process. All of the flavour, none of the nasties.
