That’s why it was great to welcome Michael Latifi, Owner and Founder of Sofina Foods, to Finnebrogue for two days.
During his visit, Michael took the time to meet colleagues right across our facilities, from spending time with our leadership team to getting out onto the factory floor and speaking directly with the people behind our products.
For us, that matters.
Taking the time to listen, understand and connect with colleagues at every level is a great reflection of the people-first culture we’re building across Finnebrogue and the wider Sofina Foods family.
