How to Cook

For best results:
GRILL: Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place sausages on a rack under the grill, turning occasionally until fully cooked. TO AIR-FRY: Preheat the air-fryer to 200C. Place sausages in the air-fryer basket in a single layer and cook, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout.
Always wash hands, all surfaces, and utensils after handling raw meat.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Nutritional information is based per 100g. One uncooked sausage is one serving (67g).

How to Store

For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Once opened, seal tightly in an air-tight container.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze by use by date and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking – and use immediately. Do not re-freeze.
