Dwyer is Chief Financial Officer, having joined Finnebrogue in mid-2024. A Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Director, his early career was spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Northern Ireland and in the Kingdom of Bahrain, before spending a number of years in the pharmaceutical sector with Galen Holdings plc in the USA and then with Élan Corporation plc in the Republic of Ireland. Dwyer subsequently spent 13 years in the specialist construction and property development sectors, in project finance roles with Mivan Group in Romania, Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then as Finance Director with Creagh Concrete as it embarked upon a strategic growth plan across the UK. In late 2021, Dwyer was appointed a Visiting Lecturer at the Walbrook Institute (formerly the London Institute of Banking & Finance), and he currently serves as an External Lay Member of Council and Charity Trustee at Ulster University.
