Our added-value meat site is where we produce speciality and event products, particularly for Christmas. Whether it’s cranberries on a festive stuffing or pork chipolatas wrapped in  bacon, every product is skilfully produced.

If you enjoy pigs-in-blankets with your Christmas lunch, the chances are they were produced here at our added-value factory in Downpatrick! Every year we roll close to 90 million of these festive little treats for retailers across the UK and Ireland.

We also produce seasonal pork stuffings to go with them – at our sausage and burger factory (DBP).
