Ingredients
4 Finnebrogue Wagyu burgers
2 bread buns
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Red onion, finely sliced
Cheese
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1.5 tsp mustard English
2-3 tbsp sweet relish
Method
The juiciest, beefiest wagyu burger taco in the world – probably!
Shred lettuce, slice tomatoes and red onions – set aside.
Fry off each Finnebrogue Wagyu burger in a frying pan or griddle for 10-15 mins, turning until they cook thoroughly.
On the flip side, add a slice of cheese on top of the burger and allow it to slightly melt.
Once the burgers are flipped and topped with cheese, remove them from the pan and build your burger with the other ingredients and sauces.
