Full Ingredients: British or Irish Pork (81%), Water (10%), Black Treacle (5%), Salt, Flavourings, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.

*Natural Flavouring: We do not use any nitrites, whether from traditional sodium nitrite or nitrites derived from vegetable extracts like celery juice. By adding a special blend of Mediterranean dried fruit and spice extracts instead of nitrites, our bacon has the equivalent dietary makeup of fresh pork with added dried fruit juice.

How to Cook

For best results:
PAN FRY: Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry over a medium heat for 4minutes each side.
GRILL: Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon on it, ensuring the rashers aren’t too close to each other. Grill for four minutes on each side until crispy.
Always wash hands, all surfaces, and utensils after handling raw meat.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

How to Store

For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Once opened, seal tightly in an air-tight container.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking. Do not re-freeze.
