On the 4th December 2025, we enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating 19 colleagues as they marked an incredible milestone — their 10-year Long Service anniversary. Now in its third year, our Long Service Awards have become one of the most meaningful moments in the Finnebrogue calendar.
It’s an opportunity to pause, reflect and recognise the remarkable people who have helped shape our business. We recognise, not just their years of service, but the dedication, resilience and team spirit they bring every single day. Celebrating these milestones matters because our success is built on the commitment of colleagues who continually go above and beyond.
Joined by their families, our long service recipients arrived to a red carpet reception before attending a special awards ceremony, where our senior leaders recognised each person’s hard work, dedication, and the significant contribution they’ve made to Finnebrogue over the past decade.
Together, these colleagues represent an impressive 190 years of service across a wide range of departments, including production, hygiene, marketing, HR, health & safety, despatch, mixing room, technical, product development, planning, finance, catering, and engineering. Their collective impact has helped shape the business we are today.
