Sam Turner, Sustainability Executive at Finnebrogue, has been selected to take part in the Northern Ireland 30 Under 30 Climate Change-Makers Programme 2026, a highly regarded initiative that recognises and supports emerging leaders in climate action.
The programme aims to identify, inspire, and empower 30 young leaders who can play a key role in shaping a more sustainable climate future for Northern Ireland and beyond. Over the next six months, participants will engage in a series of workshops and events designed to support professional development, collaboration, and leadership in sustainability.
As part of the programme, Sam will represent both Finnebrogue and Sofina, using the opportunity to further develop sustainability expertise while contributing to meaningful climate-focused initiatives. The programme will culminate in the delivery of two presentations proposing sustainability initiatives for implementation in Northern Ireland: a group presentation delivered at Ulster University to programme sponsors, and an individual presentation delivered at Belfast City Hall to a wider audience of public-sector and sustainability stakeholders.
