Masala Meatfree Kebabs

Suitable for vegan.

SERVES 8 skewers | PREP 15 mins | COOK 15 mins


  • 2 packs of Naked Without the Moo Meatballs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Thumb of ginger, grated
  • 1/2 chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of chaat masala
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of Kashmiri spice
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of mint
  • Freshly chopped coriander


  • These masala meatfree kebabs are perfect in a naan bread or with salad and couscous.

    Soak your skewers in water for 30 mins.

    Squish the meatballs (so therapeautic!)

    Add all the ingredients together and mix well.

    Take a handful of the mixture and mould it around the skewer evenly.

    Place under a grill for a few minutes (or on a BBQ), and rotate frequently until they are fully browned and cooked through.

    Dress with chilli and garlic sauce and serve with your choice of side - crunchy salad, rice, couscous or in a naan/pitta.
