Cook your favourite bangers – we love pork and leek in this dish, toast some thickly sliced granary bread, slice the cooked sausages onto it and top with some Welsh Cheddar and then melt under the grill, and if you want to bring out the Dragon in this teatime fave, season some ketchup with Cayenne Chilli Powder
