Lincolnshire Sausage Chow Mein


1 pack Lincolnshire Pork Sausages

1 pack of ready to fry Chow Mein noodles

2 Spring Onions sliced

1 Mild Chilli shredded

1 pack Coriander – torn leaves

1 bunch cavolo nero

1 pack Beansprouts

4 Cloves of peeled garlic finely diced

100 grams root ginger finely diced

1 large peeled carrot shredded

6 tablespoons Bulgogi sauce

5 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

British or Irish rapeseed oil


Cut the sausages in to 5 pieces

Place a wok on high heat – add a touch of rapeseed oil

Add the sausages and fry until golden brown

Throw in the shredded carrot, ginger & garlic

Add the cavolo nero, noodles, chilli & spring onions

Add the sauces and continue to stir fry for a minute and a half

Throw in the Coriander
