Built in 2001 the Finnebrogue plant is a uniquely
designed state-of-the-art facility costing 1.5
million pounds.
Nestled in 600 acres of parkland the factory is
the result of years of research into both deer
farming and production. After viewing facilities
around the world Finnebrogue designed and built
their own factory creating the ultimate in stress
free venison production from slaughter to cutting,
packaging and shipping.
